The Theater Command Special Court Martial sitting in Maiduguri, Borno State, has dismissed a flight lieutenant, Martins Owerrem, from the Armed Forces for assaulting and raping an internally displaced female (IDP) aged 14.
He was charged and found guilty of committing three counts of disobedience to standing order, assault, and defilement by inserted his finger into the private parts of the victim before raping her inside the bush.
